Board of Federal Bank to consider issuance of Tier II subordinated bonds up to Rs 700 cr
On 12 January 2022
The Board of Federal Bank will meet on 12 January 2022 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the proposal to raise funds by way of issue of Unsecured Basel III Tier-II Subordinate Bonds in the nature of Debentures, amounting up to Rs. 700 crore on a private placement basis.
