Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.2.25 per share
Shyam Metalics & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 November 2021, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.2.25 per share (i.e.22.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
