Board of Vardhman Textiles recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.34 per share
Vardhman Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2021, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.34 per share (i.e.340%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
