Board of Redington India approves increase in authorized share capital
At meeting held on 07 July 2021
The Board of Redington India at its meeting held on 07 July 2021 has approved the increased in authorized share capital from Rs 85 crore to Rs 170 crore by creation of 42.50 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each.
