Board of KDDL approves proposal to acquire up to 40% stake in Kamla Tesio Dials
At meeting held on 19 June 2021
The Board of KDDL at its meeting held on 19 June 2021 has approved the proposal to acquire upto 40% shareholding from the existing shareholders of “Kamla Tesio Dials” (KTDL), an associate Company. Pursuant to this acquisition, KTDL will become subsidiary of the Company.
