Board of NxtDigital approves rights issue of Rs 300 cr
At meeting held on 13 May 2021
The Board of NxtDigital at its meeting held on 13 May 2021 has approved raising of funds by way of rights issue of equity shares of the company for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 300 crore. The offer price per share under rights issue shall be Rs 300 per share and 2 equity shares will be offered to existing shareholders of the company for 5 equity shares held by them.
