Board of Minda Industries appoints Deputy Managing Director
At meeting held on 15 March 2021
The Board of Minda Industries at its meeting held on 15 March 2021 has approved the appointment of Ravi Mehra (DIN: 01651911) who is whole time director of Mindarika, subsidiary of the Company as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director designated as the Deputy Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1 April, 2021 to hold office for a tenure of 3 years, liable to retire by rotation.
