Vaibhav Global has allotted 11,450 equity shares under ESOP on 29 January 2021.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs.
32,52,10,400 consisting of 3,25,21,040 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
