Visaka Industries outcome of board meeting
On 18 November 2020
Visaka Industries at the board meeting held on 18 November 2020 has approved the allotment of 4,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, at a price of Rs. 241/- per Equity Share inclusive of a premium of Rs. 231/- to Dr. G. Vivekanand, Promoter of the Company against exercise of his option to convert 4,00,000 warrants.
