Allsec Technologies announced that it has forged a strategic alliance with SalesForce, Australia, in order to offer call quality monitoring services to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Allsec Technologies and SalesForce have created a powerful partnership, which will offer Call Quality Monitoring [CQM] services to existing and prospective customers in Australia & New Zealand. “Call center optimization is the key requirement in the years to come and this alliance will provide Australasian customers with world class on shore account management and offshore delivery solutions to manage call quality processes cost effectively” said Kevin Panozza, Managing Director, SalesForce.
CQM is also increasingly seen as a critical compliance function and call recording and monitoring is becoming a necessary industry standard and gaining recognition as best practice.
