Ugro Capital allots NCDs aggregating Rs 50 cr
On private placement basis
Ugro Capital announced that Investment & Borrowing Committee of the Company has approved the allotment of 500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertibles Debentures (‘NCDs') of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 50 crore on a Private Placement basis.
