Board of Manorama Industries approves increase in authorised share capital
At meeting held on 05 September 2019
The Board of Manorama Industries has approved the increase in authorised share capital from Rs 14 crore to Rs 30 crore divided into 3 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
