Ashoka Buildcon to allot NCDs aggregating Rs 150 cr

|
Ashoka Buildcon announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 27 December, 2018, approved the allotment of 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) Un-Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (the 'Debentures') of the face value of Rs.10,00,000 aggregating Rs.150 crore on a private placement basis. The Coupon Rate is 9.80% p.a., payable annually. The Company will use the proceeds for refinancing of existing debt, capital expenditure, long term working capital and for general corporate purposes.
