Mohit Industries divests 51% stake in subsidiary
Mohit Industries has divested 51% stake in Maxum Metal which is engaged in business of trading of locks, padlocks keys and other hardware (an Indian subsidiary of company). Accordingly, Maxus Metals has ceased to be the subsidiary of the company.
