For quarter ended Mar'16, consolidated net sales of Arrow Greentech (formerly Arrow Coated Products) stood at Rs 13.83 crore up by 26% YoY. OPM was up by 90 bps to 58.4%, leading to a 27% increase in OP to Rs 8.07 crore. Other income was up by 786% to Rs 3.28 crore. Depreciation was down by 52% to Rs 0.28 crore. Thus, PBT stood at Rs 11.07 crore, up by 81%. Total tax stood at Rs 2.46 crore up by 2% YoY. Thus, PAT stood at Rs 8.61 crore, up by 133% YoY. After providing MI of Rs 0.25 crore, consolidated PAT for Mar'16 quarter stood at Rs 8.36 crore up by 137% YoY.
Performance for 12 months ended Mar'16
For 12 months ended Mar'16, consolidated net sales stood at Rs 50.82 crore, up by 5% YoY. OPM jumped from 60.4% to 73.3%, leading to a 27% increase in OP to Rs 37.27 crore. Other income was up by 299% to Rs 4.67 crore. Depreciation costs were up by 12% to Rs 1.06 crore. Thus, PBT stood at Rs 40.88 crore, up by 38%. Total tax stood at Rs 9.85 crore as compared to Rs 6.62 crore for Mar'15 quarter. After providing MI of Rs 0.67 crore as compared to Rs 0.58 crore for 12 months ended Mar'15, consolidated PAT for 12 months ended Mar'16 stood at Rs 30.36 crore as compared to profit of Rs 22.33 crore for 12 months ended Mar'15.
The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share of face value of Rs 10 each.
