Net profit of Megasoft declined 86.76% to Rs 0.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 2.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 7.89% to Rs 11.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 12.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
