Net profit of Shyam Telecom declined 45.45% to Rs 0.30 crore in the quarter ended September 2012 as against Rs 0.55 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2011. Sales declined 28.09% to Rs 144.28 crore in the quarter ended September 2012 as against Rs 200.65 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2011.
