Net profit of Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers declined 94.42% to Rs 23.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 412.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales reported at Rs 40.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2007.

For the full year, net profit declined 38.89% to Rs 97.41 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 159.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales declined 75.65% to Rs 190.38 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 781.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
