Net profit of Kothari Products declined 86.13% to Rs 4.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 32.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006. Sales declined 44.60% to Rs 27.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2007 as against Rs 50.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2006.

For the full year, net profit rose 7.47% to Rs 82.39 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 76.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2006. Sales declined 16.11% to Rs 137.50 crore in the year ended March 2007 as against Rs 163.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2006.
