The interim dividend was accordingly declared with respect to non- promoter shareholders only. Although not under any obligation, the said dividend has been declared by the Board of Directors as a special dividend for the discontinuation of the Duracell's distributorship, as a gesture of goodwill to the minority shareholders.

The interim dividend shall be paid between 27 October 2015 to 10 November 2015.
