Nucleus Software Exports announced the results for the quarter ended December 2012 and recently held a conference call to discuss the results and future growth strategies. The key take aways of the call are as follows.
Highlights of the call:
- It has Won 9 new product orders worldwide, 4 new customers added and Won orders for 25 product modules during the quarter.
- It has Won 14 new product orders worldwide, 5 new customers added and Won orders for 39 product modules for nine months ended December 2012.
- In the nine months of this fiscal year, 76 product modules implementations went live across Europe, Middle East, and Africa & India. Some of these implementations were completed in record time.
- The global strength of employees at Nucleus Software at 1562 as on December 31, 2012 stands against 1622 as on September 30, 2012.
- The DSO's were 72 days during the quarter as against 77 days at the end of previous quarter.
- The Cash and cash equivalents was Rs. 249.44 crore (including investments in liquid mutual funds and Fixed Deposits with Banks) as on December 31, 2012 against Rs. 197.56 crore as on December 31, 2011.
- In the next 3-5 years, it is positive on taking good shape of new products and expects sustainable growth going forward.
- The Company is focused on making the right investments for profitable and sustainable growth in the longer term.
