The company announced the results after market hours on Tuesday, 26 July 2011.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was down 36.45 points, or 0.20%, to 18,481.77.

On BSE, 116 shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 1,797 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 1238 and a low of Rs 1205 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 1316 on 7 September 2010 and a 52-week low of Rs 823 on 27 July 2010.

The mid-cap stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 26 July 2011, gaining 17.46% compared with the Sensex's return of 1.52%. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 19.76% as against 5.26% decline in the Sensex.

The company has an equity capital of Rs 9.48 crore. Face value per share is Rs 5.
