The company announced the stock-split after market hours on Tuesday, 2 November 2010.

Rossell Tea's net profit rose 15.2% to 11.38 crore on 4.6% increase in net sales to Rs 25.97 crore in Q2 September 2010 over Q2 September 2009. The company declared its results on 2 November 2010.
