Net profit rose 7.52% to Rs 24.44 crore on 0.32% fall in net sales to Rs 427.12 crore in the year ended March 2010 over the year ended March 2009.

On a consolidated basis, the company's net profit increased 19.23% to Rs 22.26 crore on 0.16% decline in net sales to Rs 427.46 crore in the year ended March 2010 over the year ended March 2009.
