The company's board authorized and declared the opening of the issue on Monday, 15 January 2024.
The floor price of Rs 358.30 is at a discount of 2.68% to the previous day's closing price of Rs 368.15 on the BSE.
The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the issue.
The issue price will be determined by the company in consultation with the book running lead managers appointed for the issue.
The firm has also informed that a meeting of the fund raising committee is scheduled to be held on Friday, 19 January 2024 to consider and approve the issue price of the equity shares.

The company’s consolidated net profit zoomed 151.9% to Rs 19.85 crore on 77.8% surge in net sales to Rs 309.12 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.
The scrip rose 0.15% to Rs 368.70 on the BSE.
