The company will issue rated, listed, secured, redeemable, NCDs on a private placement basis with interest rate of 8.75% for 5 years.
The said debentures will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company’s consolidated net profit rose 5.4% to Rs 122.64 crore despite of 8.7% decline in net sales to Rs 1,486.71 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.
The scrip rose 0.90% to Rs 268.35 on the BSE.
