Prestige Estates has launched Prestige Glenbrook, a new high-rise residential project in Whitefield, Bangalore. It consists of 285 apartments spread across two high-rise towers and covers a total area of 0.7 million sq.ft. The project is estimated to generate a revenue of Rs 550 crore.
The residential property spans 4.5 acres and offers a variety of housing options, including 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom residences. Residents will have access to a modern clubhouse and outdoor amenities. The location is conveniently close to the Nallurahalli metro station and within a short distance to commercial areas, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.
Prestige Estates Projects develops residential, commercial, retail, leisure and hospitality properties. Company aslo develops condominiums, duplexes, row houses and apartments for asset-class customers. It also develops commercial offices and information technology (IT) parks for the corporate sector.
The company’s consolidated net profit zoomed six times to Rs 850.9 crore in Q2 FY24 as compared with Rs 140.70 crore posted in Q2 FY23.
Shares of Prestige Estates Projects rose 1.22% to Rs 916.80 on 23 November 2023.
