RattanIndia Enterprises unit gets DGCA certification for its drone
Throttle Aerospace Systems successfully obtains DGCA certification for innovative DOPO drone with a wide range of applications.
RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. (REL) announced that its subsidiary, Throttle Aerospace Systems (TAS), has received Type-Certification from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for its drone product, DOPO.

DOPO is a multipurpose drone that can be used in various industries such as surveying, mapping, inspection, agriculture, surveillance, and disaster management. The drone is classified as 'Small' and weighs less than 5 kilograms. It has a flying time of 49 minutes and can travel at speeds of up to 32.4 km/h. DOPO can operate at temperatures of up to 50°C and cover an area of 1.5 square kilometers in a single flight. It can operate at different altitudes and supports multiple payloads.

RattanIndia Enterprises is driving the transformation of various industries, including Electric Mobility (Revolt Motors), E-commerce (Cocoblu Retail), Fashion brands (Neo Brands), Fintech (WeFin), and Drones (Neosky).

The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 178.78 crore in Q1 FY24 as against Rs 216.04 crore posted in Q1 FY23. Net sales surged 83.9% year on year to Rs 1,267.60 crore in the quarter ended 30 June 2023.

Shares of Rattanindia Enterprises fell 0.10% to Rs 51.71 on 31 October 2023.
