The bank's will consider raising of funds by issue of equity shares through private placement or qualified institutions placement (QIP) or preferential allotment or through a combination thereof or any other alternative mode, as may be considered appropriate, subject to shareholders approval and government/regulatory/ statutory approvals, and requirements, as applicable.
Further, the board of directors of the bank may also borrow or raise funds by issue of debt instruments including but not limited to bonds and non-convertible debentures or such other debt securities as may be permitted by RBI from time to time, subject to necessary approvals and requirements, as applicable.

The bank reported 22.7% rise in net profit to Rs 424.63 crore on a 31.8% increase in total income to Rs 2,607.91 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
The scrip shed 0.39% to close at Rs 737.50 on Friday, 23 June 2023.
