The first order entails supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 11 KV lines, low tension lines on AB cable and distribution transformer substation and supporting works such as DPs, TPs, crossing etc. for separation of 11 KV mix feeders & mix DTRs under revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector (package-16) in Chhatarpur circle of MPPKVVCL. The order value stood at Rs 126.80 crore.
The second order is similar to the first one but has to be executed in Seoni and Narsinghpur circle of MPPKVVCL. This order is valued at Rs 154.23 crore.
Rail Vikas Nigam is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc. As of 31 March 2023, the Government held 78.20% stake in the company.
The company's net profit declined 5% to Rs 359.25 crore on 11.15% decrease in revenue from operations to Rs 5,719 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
The scrip declined 0.77% to currently trade at Rs 122.90 on the BSE.
