The agreement constitutes development, operation and maintenance of Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) Indore near Pithampur, in Dhar District in the State of Madhya Pradesh through public private partnership on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis.

The bid project cost stood at Rs 758.10 crore. The completion of the project is expected to be within 2 years from appointed date. The operational period stands for 45 years (including the construction period) from the appointed date.

Separately, the civil construction company said that it has received letter of award (LoA) from NHAI for a road project amounting to Rs 1,085.47 crore in Uttar Pradesh.

The scope of the project entails four laning of NH 530B from Kasganj Bypass End to Chandan Nagar section of NH 530B in the state of Uttar Pradesh on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) mode – Package 3.

The cost of the project is Rs 1,085.47 crore. The project is expected to be completed within 730 days from appointed date and the operation period is 15 years from the commercial operation date.
