Among the other constituents of the index, Carborundum Universal Ltd increased 1.53% and Larsen & Toubro Ltd added 1.04% on the day. The S&P BSE Capital Goods index went up 39.38 % over last one year compared to the 10.18% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
