Subscription revenues (ATS/AMC and cloud/subscription license) were at Rs 87.5 crore, witnessing strong growth of 26% YoY. Annuity revenue streams (ATS/AMC, support, and cloud/SaaS) stood at Rs 166.2 crore. Revenue from the sale of products/license stood at Rs 59.5 crore. Profit after tax stood at Rs 78.6 crore from Rs 57.4 crore in Q4 FY22.

EBITDA (adjusted for other income) jumped 43% QoQ and 63.7% YoY to Rs 96.4 crore in Q4 FY23. EBITDA margin stood at 31.6% in Q4FY23, higher than 23.1% in Q3FY22 and 29.1% in Q4FY22.

On full year basis, the company's consolidated net profit rose 7.34% to Rs 176.26 crore on 25.03% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 973.97 crore in FY23 over FY22.

The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per equity share for FY23. The record date for the same will be on Tuesday, 20 June 2023.
