Revenue from operations rose 29.7% to Rs 280.15 crore in Q4 FY23 as against Rs 215.92 crore in corresponding quarter last year.
Profit before tax stood at Rs 68.72 crore in Q4 FY23, registering growth of 190.4% as compared with Rs 27.35 crore posted in same quarter last year.
Total expense rose 8.79% to Rs 221.17 crore in Q4 FY23 as against Rs 203.30 crore in Q4 FY22. Cost of sales was at Rs 190.04 crore (up 8.25% YoY), employee benefit expense stood at Rs 4.49 crore (up 6.15% YoY) and finance cost was at Rs 10.48 crore (up 27.96% YoY).
On full year basis, the firm's consolidated net profit surged 171.1% to Rs 153.23 crore on 107.2% jump in net sales to Rs 956.94 crore in FY23 over FY22.
The board approved a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share for FY23, subject to shareholders' approval.
Anant Raj is primarily engaged in development and construction of information and technology parks, data centers, hospitality projects, special economic zones, office complexes, shopping malls and residential projects primarly in the State of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and the National Capital Region.
