The scope of the project entails development of four lanning of Mehgama-Hansdiha section of NH-133 in the state of Jharkhand. The said project is based on hybrid arnuity mode.
The bid project cost for the project is Rs 976 crore. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months. The operational period will be 15 years from the commercial operation date.
In a separate exchange filing, on 26 April 2022, the joint venture - Dilip Buildcon Mostobudivelnyi Zahin No.112 - has received provisional certificate for construction of approaches for bridge across river Zuari on Panjim-Mangalore section in Goa on EPC basis. The said project was declared fit for entry into commercial operation as on 23 March 2022. The cash consideration for the project is Rs 440.10 crore

The company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 19.16 crore in the quarter ended December 2021 as against net profit of Rs 107.17 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2020. Sales declined 18.23% year-on-year to Rs 2,245.50 crore in Q3 FY22.
