Rapido is an Indian bike taxi aggregator and logistics service provider based out of Bangalore. Founded in 2015, the company operates in over 75 cities across the country.

TVS Motor Company, the flagship company of TVS Group, is the third largest two-wheeler manufacturer in India. The company manufactures a wide range of two-wheelers from mopeds to racing inspired motorcycles. The company also manufactures three-wheelers.

On consolidated basis, the motor company reported 12.7% decline in net profit to Rs 247.75 crore despite an 8.2% increase in net sales to Rs 6597.35 crore in Q3 FY22 over Q3 FY21.

Shares of TVS Motors were trading 0.21% lower at Rs 648.60 on BSE.
